quality and storability. Ordinary rice whitening
machines damage the surface of milled rice.
Through the application of fi ne water mist
prior to polishing And many new devices
developed by Satake, these surface damages

DESTONER SGA

The Satake Gravity selector
simplifi es the cleaning of cereal
grains such as wheat, rye, barley
and rice. It separates material into
four group by density. As a destoner
machine gives excellent stone

WHITENER VTA

The Satake Rice Whitener uses advance
abrasive techniques for the whitening of
rice. Evenly milled, higher yield rice with
fewer broken and minimum moisture loss
is obtained due to the adoption of the
newly developed, çstate of the arté milling
chamber.

 

 

 

SIFTER ST

The Satake Rotary sifter incorporates
a completely new design with many
fi rst-time features Developed out of
years of experience and improving
techniques. The machine can sift milled
Rice effi ciently and accurately into 2 to

MILLING SEPARATOR SFI

The Satake milling separator is a multi
purpose separator design for the
effi cient separation of large coarse
material and small fi ne material such
as grit during the cereal cleaning
process. The SFI can be adapted for
use as a Silo Intake Separator and
is also compatible with an Aspirator
